Installation & Repair Services
We have a professional technical team that offers on-site installation and repair services to all our customers. Below is a detailed overview of our service terms and requirements.
1. On-Site Installation Services
We provide paid on-site installation services for customers who have purchased our second-hand machinery. To ensure a smooth installation process, customers need to be aware of the following requirements:
- Service Fees: On-site installation is a paid service. Customers are required to cover the labor costs of our technicians as well as travel expenses. The total cost will depend on the complexity of the equipment and the distance to the installation site.
- Safety and Accommodations: Customers are responsible for providing safe working and living conditions for our technicians, including proper accommodations and meals. Additionally, customers must arrange for a translator to assist with communication if necessary.
- Installation Environment Preparation: Before installation, customers must ensure that all necessary installation conditions are met, including proper power supply, sufficient workspace, and the required tools and equipment. This will enable our technicians to complete the installation efficiently.
2. Repair Services
We also offer on-site repair services for equipment that requires maintenance. If any parts are damaged and need to be replaced, customers will be responsible for purchasing replacement parts. Please note the following:
- Repair Fees: Repair services are charged based on labor costs and travel expenses. Any replacement parts needed will be charged separately.
- Parts Replacement: Damaged or worn-out parts must be purchased separately by the customer. We can assist in sourcing the appropriate parts, but the cost is not included in the repair service fees.
3. Important Information About Second-Hand Machinery
It is essential for customers to understand that second-hand machinery is different from new equipment and does not come with a warranty. While we ensure that our second-hand machines are operational before delivery, we cannot guarantee that they will meet the same performance standards as new machinery. The following points should be noted:
- No Warranty: Second-hand machinery is sold without a warranty, so any future installation or repair services will incur additional charges.
- Operational Status: Before shipping, we perform thorough inspections and testing to ensure the equipment is functioning correctly. However, we do not disassemble the machines and cannot guarantee that they will meet the same production requirements as new equipment.
